Terms & Condition

General
Where the seller accepts the buyer's order, these terms and conditions (together with the acceptance) constitute the entire agreement between the seller and the buyer, and it is expressly agreed that there are no other understandings, representations, or warranties of any kind (express or implied) forming part of this contract.
In particular:

Any condition contained in the buyer's order which is inconsistent with, qualifies or is contrary to these conditions shall have no effect unless that condition is expressly accepted in writing by the seller.

Any variation, waiver or cancellation of the buyer's order shall have no effect unless accepted in writing by the seller. Where the seller accepts cancellation, the seller may levy a handling charge of up to 15% of the price.

Where the buyer and the seller agree to a variation in the quantity of the goods, the goods shall be priced either at the rate applicable to the original quantity or the revised quantity at the absolute discretion of the seller.

Return & Refund
Goods supplied by the seller may be accepted for return within 30 days of the date of supply subject to the following:

Goods must be returned, at the buyer's expense, unused, in their original packaging, into the seller's store.

The buyer must provide proof of purchase.

Acceptance of the good is conditional on an assessment to determine they are undamaged, and in good working order.

Upon acceptance of the return, the buyer will be issued a store credit for the full amount of the purchase price paid, excluding freight. The resulting credit may be used to offset the cost of any future purchase.

Goods cut/ordered to size (eg. Fabrics or materials sold by meter) are prepared for each specific order and are NON-refundable.

NO CASH REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.

Goods sold at 'disposal' or heavily discounted prices (eg. 40% + discount) will not be accepted for return.
Policy Guidelines & Information

Inspect upon arrival. No claims after 30 days or after cutting, washing, or altering in any way.

All returns must reach our warehouse within 30 days of the original ship date.

All fabric and trim must be returned in its original shipping condition (i.e. uncut, unwashed, etc.).

Unless due to our error, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

For fastest processing, please include a copy of your original order receipt in the return package.

After your return has been received
​Customers that meet our return policy guidelines will receive a full product refund. You will receive a detailed confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 2 weeks after it reaches our warehouse to receive a refund. This will give us the time we need to fully inspect the shipment and process your refund. Customers that do not meet our return policy guidelines will be contacted.
Exchanges
All guidelines provided in our return policy also apply to exchanges. However, if you prefer an exchange over a refund, please send us an email to centrallakesuphosltery@gmail.com with a copy attached of your original order . After the return and exchange are calculated, the remaining balance will be either refunded or charged to your account.
